Cooking Chinese takeaway food at home

A lot has been happening in the past few months. I published my first book, named Cooking Chinese takeaway food at home. This is now for sale on the Amazon Kindle. I am also writing another book, this time about British Classics. Hopefully I will be able to include many British recipes that are not normally known outside of their own regional areas. I hope to have this book finished by November.

    Just bought your book Cooking Chinese takeaway food at home. Could you link me to the photos you mentioned would be on your site...
    Plus the pancakes used in Aromatic Duck .. We don't seem to have them here. (Bangkok) So do you have a recipe for them please? We do have loads of ducks..

    I always like Chinese food as takeaway. I want to make them at home also. I think your book can help us a lot. i got some good recipes from Chinese Takeway Glasgow also. Thanks a lot for this.
